The latest work of our talented friend Jeff Slater is a incentive for every one to exercise… The VERY  fit-hot-model James Ratliff [Nous Model] wakes up around 4am every morning and is training on the track before some of us ever get out of bed.  His coach pushes and drives him to be better than he was the morning before.  After hours on the track he hits the weights sculpting a PERFECT physique.
