EXCLUSIVE! VIN GOUGH by DANIEL HOLFELD March 17, 2010
Dublin based photographer Daniel Holfeld is sharing with us stunning shirtless photos of model and personal trainer Vin Gough.
“Assets Models here in Dublin asked me to test Vin Gough as he had just come back from living in Australia where he had been on the covers of DNA and Gloss Magazine.
We had done all the normal test shots and as you may know Ireland is not exactly known for having good sunshine, but then we had about 10 minutes of clear sun in through the studio and the rest is here in the pictures! Can’t go wrong, Herb Ritts did it so well so I thought I’d try to follow in his footsteps! Was a simple test, no styling or anything, but sometimes thats all you need with a great model!” said the talented photographer, at only 25 years old.
We really hope to see more of his work on YVY. Continue after the jump!

DAZED & CONFUSED APRIL 2010 March 17, 2010
Dazed & Confused unveils its new look in the April issue – Music x Fashion’ special, featuring the hottest bands from the last year. The Cover features screen shots from a special film documenting the rise and rise of brit band The xx, shot by Pierre Debusschere, styling by Robbie Spencer.
The new look follows the appointment of Art Director Christopher Simmonds, “I want to focus on great photography, whether through established names, or new talent such as Pierre,” says Simmonds. “When I think back, I remember so many great covers from Terry Richardson’s blood donor shoot, to Eminem smoking a bong, to the amazing Alexander McQueen-edited issue. I see this cover with The xx as being the first of many iconic images taking the title into the next decade.” [via: F.TAPE]

GOGO GODS by TIMOTHY GREENFIELD-SANDERS March 16, 2010
Photographer Timothy Greenfield-Sanders shoots male go-go dancers in this Spring’s collections for the upcoming issue of Flaunt magazine.
“When Flaunt asked me to photograph go-go boys (or male exotic dancers as some prefer) wearing spring fashions, I wasn’t sure it was for me. I had already photographed America’s top porn stars for my book XXX: 30 Porn-Start Portraits and in a separate effort, the fashion world elite for Look: Portraits Backstage at Olympus Fashion Week. Would shooting go-go boys in designer clothes really be worthwhile? But, the guys I photographed for this feature surprised me. Most dance for men. A few only perform for women. They all have their own stories. They are famous – but their fame exists in smaller circles outside the mainstream. Just like those who have achieved widespread notoriety, these young men are passionate, determined, narcissistic and intelligent in their own way. In the end, the go-go dancers proved to be fantastic models. I hope you find their portraits on these pages intriguing.” – Greenfield-Sanders
